Board assistant & Office manager

Stillingsbeskrivelse:
Your role is to assist the Intersnack Nordics Executive Board and other senior management, as well as help manage the Oslo office. You will report to the General Manager of Maarud AS.

  • Practical organisation of company meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Create content from events for internal and external communication.
  • Office management: Ensuring the Oslo office is representative and adequately equipped for daily business.
  • Growing into performing more additional tasks such as creating presentations and analyses.

Proficiency in a Scandinavian language is an advantage, but not a requirement.
