We are looking for a new college graduate software engineer to join our Test Firmware team. The Test Firmware team is responsible for facilitating both high volume device production and lab testing by developing software to run on the device. Our devices are typically Radio (RF) devices integrated in a System on Chip (SoC). As a Test Firmware developer, you are implementing code (mainly in Embedded C), and developing/maintaining supporting scripts and instrument interfaces. For high volume production, code size and execution time are focus points while a wider range of functionality is in focus for lab testing. The Test Firmware team is also responsible for the software on our in-house developed test platform. You will also work in close collaboration with the other HW/SW R&D teams, to implement tests and trim procedures for Radio, RAM, Flash, and all the other peripherals inside the SoC.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement test and trim functionality for our devices
- Run and test the implemented code on FPGA and real silicon to verify correct behavior of the code before releasing it to the various users of the Test Firmware. This requires handling of lab equipment and instruments as well as interaction with TI’s test automation system developed in LabVIEW
- Give support to the various users of the Test Firmware. This can be knowledge transfer and guiding as well as receiving and implementing requirements
- Develop and implement software for our lab validation boards and also participate in HW design of these boards
Minimum Requirements:

Our offer for you:
- Benefit from a competitive salary, yearly profit sharing (dependent on company success), flexible working hours, the ability to work from home, an unlimited contract from the beginning and many additional benefits
- Join an international work environment where your ideas count and where you can thrive in a diverse culture
