Analytical maintenance planner

Is it time to gain new knowledge on the latest advances in airport systems and technical data control? Do you want to be in charge of planning the maintenance of state-of-the-art technology?

Join our collaborative technical team in Gardermoen Airport to be the one to plan the maintenance of our crucial, top-notch baggage system. Every day presents new situations – from a suitcase that’s stuck to technical issues. And you will read the data from our system and make sure we carry out the maintenance needed.

Welcome to Operation and Maintenance

We are based at the Gardermoen Airport. You will meet 18 colleagues, working as backjam runners, technicians and control room surveyors – all collaborating to keep the baggage system running 24/7/365. Likewise, you will work closely with our Maintenance Manager and the team to ensure maintenance runs smoothly.

Read the data and plan the maintenance

In this role, you will plan the maintenance of our baggage system using Kibana, which will tell you everything from a suitcase disappearing to a misplaced label. While our Maintenance Manager will work at a more strategic level, you will work hands-on as you:

  • Plan annual, quarterly and weekly schedules and tasks
  • Monitor task progress to ensure timely completion
  • Look at data in Kibana to identify urgent maintenance needs
  • Create a Kibana dashboard to provide a quick an easy overview of the system performance
  • Be a sounding board to the maintenance manager

Maintenance background and planning experience

You will be working hands-on with planning, so you need to be good at working on your own – but at the same time coordinate with your colleagues. Moreover, we imagine that you:

  • Have some years of experience with maintenance operation. Knowledge of sorting systems are an advantage, but not mandatory
  • Have some planning experience
  • Have a technical background, e.g. as an electrician, automation technician or engineer
  • Are able to read and interpret data
