Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality food in accordance with our various food concepts
- Follow procedures according to food safety, cleanliness, and security
- Contribute to the department meeting expectations for guest satisfaction, quality, and profitability
- Follow routines for organic and certified products and waste sorting, and help reduce food waste
- Contribute to a good working environment and collaborate with colleagues in the kitchen and other departments
Qualifications and qualities we are looking for:
- Professional education and/or experience in kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as in a team
- You speak and understand Norwegian
